Took car in to have the AC fixed. Paid in over 1000$ in labor to have it repaired. 2 weeks later all the refrigerant has leaked out of the system. Clearly if they did a leak test and pressurized test they would caught this before getting the vehicle back!!! Took it back to the shop and was told I’d have to pay this again to have it fix. I get it’s a lot of work to maneuver around but you clearly stated you leak tested this by the machine on my receipt . How did you not catch this … make It make sense I would not ever go back here for the littlest amount of work !

My wife hit a deer and it messed up something in the engine and we went over the pricing to get it done and everything was factored in and I wrote down the totals. And when payment came time they added an extra 200 dollars. For diagnostics or whatever it was. I had only budgeted the original spoken amount. I wish they would have told me about that before hand so I knew to budget what I needed better. I keep getting told that I shouldn’t have to pay the extra 200$ since they didn’t let me know ahead of time. Anywho, car runs So that’s good

Jordan thanks for taking the time for the 2 star review. I do agologize that in the total for estimates that I did not give the diagnosis charge of $162.84 in that total. The diagnosis is the charge for the time that the technician spent on your vehicle finding the problem. I apologize for the inconvenience but we did release your car and extend the payment agreement to make this easier for you guys. Glad to hear the car is running good.
