They were able to get my car in for service quickly and spent a good amount of time diagnosing the problems with my vehicle. They explained what was needed and why. They apologized for how long it took, but explained why it took that amount of time as they had more than one mechanic double checking the findings of the analysis.

So friendly and helpful. Explained everything in detail and suggested I wait because current parts were in good shape. Loved the honesty

Rip-offs! Told me I needed a new transmission. I took it to Jones' Garage, they determined that the problem was a broken bracket. Jones' fixed it immediately and for 95% cheaper. Stay clear of Henderershots.

My experience was outstanding. The diagnosis of the issues and my options were explained to me clearly. The work was completed on time with no surprises. I will return when additional work needs to be completed.
