I just had hendershot’s do an oil change. I noticed an oil leak when I got home. I took it back the next day. They looked at it right away and diagnosed the problem as a crack in a plastic cap covering the oil filter. They replaced the part with on made of aluminum and sent me on my way - no charge for the better part.

Hendershot’s did a great job of taking care of my (out of state college student) daughter’s car in a timely manner and communicated with us throughout the process. Their text/email updates were convenient and talking in person with Darcy was also a breeze. Very pleased with our recent experience.

Each time I bring my car to Hendershot's I'm always given a clear estimate before work begins, and the estimate is honored. No surprises at time of pickup or negative followup. As someone who works full-time, the overnight drop off, secure key boxes and online payment system really helps with fitting repairs into your work week more manageable.
