I took my F450 in for various issues that happened all at once. These issues were not your typical issues. They worked diligently to figure the problems out and make the needed repairs (including jumping through multiple security hoops with Ford). They kept us updated through the app (with pictures) and phone calls. We knew the steps they were performing and the cost. I would highly recommend them for their expertise, persistence, and customer service.
