I’ve never had a better experience with an auto maintenance company. Their communication was exceptionally noteworthy. They sent updates and thoroughly explained what parts needed to be bought, the diagnosis, what needed to be fixed, etc. They were also very polite and did their best to find the best possible option for me and my car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of car services!

Went in to get suspension inspected, and check engine light turn off ( which I asked not to get done as it was 100 dollars for the light diagnostic that auto zone and most auto part stores do for free) I was told that my bulbs were out in places they weren’t ( front right turning signal) and was told both my running lights and break lights were out.. and of course they weren’t.. make sure you take notes about what your car is like completely and thoroughly before going here.. ask they’re likely to quote you 100 dollars for lights that in reality cost.. maybe 15-25 for 1 and installation maybe 15 bucks.. in short they’ll charge you for a whole box of lights and tell you it’s for installation purposes!

Mr. Woodward, we did perform the suspension inspection you asked for and went over the findings with you. We also discussed the tire wear that is likely caused by lack of tire rotation, not suspension damage or worn parts. You also advised us that you had previously been to 2 other shops and they found no suspension issues either. As far as the diagnostic fee, it was waived and you were asked if you wanted us to try and get the repairs covered by your extended warranty and you wanted to proceed with that route. We were able to get it covered for you, and your out of pocket was your deductible with the warranty company. We do a courtesy inspection on all vehciels in the shop at no charge, which is checking the turn signals, brake lights, marker lamps, and headlamps, we also check the wiper and washer system check, horn check, and the heater operation. These checks are done as a courtesy to advise you of any issues that involve safety. We advise the customer of what we found inoperable and its completely up to the customer if they repair them or not, but we did make them aware of said issues. You were quoted replacement of the right side headlamp low beam which is inoperable, and both front side marker bulbs. We did not advise you your brake lights were inoperable or your turn signals were inoperable. Sincerely, Greg Hendershot
