Ran into extra time due to ordering a used gas tank for replacement to save costs. But once resolved repair completed and overall bill was less than expected. First time using them but would likely go again for future car issues.

From first contact to set up an appointment, to handing over the keys for service, to picking up the vehicle. Hendershot's is always first-rate. My only suggestion (and I know how busy they always are, judging from the crowd of vehicles constantly in their lot) is that it would help to receive updates on when the vehicle might or might not be ready OR if it needs to be held for more than a day.

I go to Hendershot's for all my vehicle needs. They do great work at a reasonable price, particularly on my classic car. They keep you informed all along the way. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Won't go anyplace else!!

I spent $8200 on repairs, the work seems fine, I just didn't like that they tried charging me 3% extra on my credit card! I used my bank card and lost 1% after a large bill!

Thank you Gary for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the 3% credit card charge. We have a new machine that adds this charge and we do give our customers a heads up to this in case they chose to use a debit, check or cash. This is totally up to the customer how they want to pay. A lot of business are going this route to save of this charge to the business.

I have no complaints about the service I received at Hendershots every time I go they treat me well. They repair my vehicle issues quickly and at or under estimated cost
